Heather Anderson

Heather got her start, after a long love affair with the thought of being a Realtor, in the winter of 2016. She started off as one of many in a large real estate franchise. Though she started out working quickly within her sphere, she felt like a smaller team would be better. Learning from each step of Heather’s early career she made her way to a boutique brokerage where she blossomed. She was many times Top Producer, D Magazine's Best Real Estate Agent, a multi-million dollar producer, as well as having the opportunity to be Agent Director. With this new role Heather was able to meld her love of Real Estate and her background in Education. And from that point on she made it her goal to learn all that she could about becoming a Broker. Investing in Coaching, and Classes Heather prepared herself to take on agents following a full year of Brokering her own Boutique Brokerage, Cottage & Co Realty. The year long isolation taught her what she wanted to provide agents, and how to do it. Wanting to teach agents to be the agent that others want to work with, to giving them wings to fly as the Independent Contractors that they are. Heather was ready to open the doors to agents that want to be challenged, valued and rewarded. Where the agents goals are supported and pursued, daily.
